First Bet Backup Up To $1,500

1. Description of Promotion

First Bet Offer $1,500 is a promotional acquisition offer for new BetMGM Sportsbook users. Eligible users may receive a First Bet Offer token for one qualifying first wager. If that token-applied first wager loses, the participant may receive Bonus Bets up to the amount of the losing stake, capped at $1,500. Bonus Bets are promotional credits and are not withdrawable as cash.

2. Promotional Period

This “Sports Promotion” is available to qualifying customers from 8/28/2025 at 12:00 AM EST through 2/9/2026 at 11:59 PM EST, unless terminated earlier in BetMGM, LLC’s sole discretion (the “Promotional Period”). Accounts opened before or after the Promotional Period will not qualify for the Sports Promotion.

3. Eligibility

Open to new users only, age 21+, physically located in jurisdictions where the operator offers online sports wagering services. Participants must pass registration and verification requirements and must not be listed on exclusion or self-exclusion registers. Additional restrictions may apply to employees, officers, directors, affiliates, vendors, advertising partners, and household members linked to the promotion.

4. Required Action

• Open a new account at BetMGM Sportsbook (web or app).
• Make a qualifying first deposit of at least $10.
• Activate and apply First Bet Offer token to first real-money wager.
• Wager must satisfy applicable market and odds requirements.
• If that qualifying first wager loses, Bonus Bets may be credited up to eligible limits.

5. Bonus Bets Rules

Bonus Bets are non-transferable, non-withdrawable credits and expire seven (7) days after issuance unless otherwise stated. When a Bonus Bet funds a winning wager, only net winnings are credited to the account balance. Bonus-funded losing wagers result in full forfeiture of used credits.

6. Cancellations, Cash Out, and Abuse

If the first token wager is voided, canceled, cashed out early, or materially edited, promotional eligibility may be removed. BetMGM may withhold, reverse, or adjust Bonus Bets in cases of duplicate accounts, fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or policy violations. Operator interpretation and administration decisions are final where allowed by law.

7. Additional Terms

Offer may not be combined with certain other promotions. Jurisdiction, market availability, stake limits, and technical restrictions may apply. Promotion may be modified, suspended, or terminated at operator discretion for compliance, regulatory, risk, or operational reasons.
